In this practical and powerful offering, we will explore some of the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga through the lens of modern science. The Vagus Nerve, often called the “Highway of Love” and the “Central Tuning String” of the body, is the largest cranial nerve and the most complex nerve in the human body. It runs from the brain to the abdomen, so it’s no wonder it’s credited with much of our mind-body connection. Learn how the sacred practice of Kundalini yoga impacts this complex information channel, resulting in increased vagal tone. Some of the benefits of Kundalini yoga and vagal toning:

Each monthly workshop will include an educational piece, with fresh perspectives and application through the practices. Workshops can be done in singles or as a full series. $33 per workshop, $111 for the full series.
